Statement:

The Friends of the Reading Police K9 Unit’s mission is to financially support the Reading Police K-9 unit.






 

     This unit adds invaluable resources to the Reading Police Department to:

• Fight crime
• Ensure the safety of the public
• Ensure safety of the police.
• Reduce the presence of suspicious individuals.

 “Ensuring their future so they can secure ours.”

“Friends of the Reading Police K9s” is fully sanctioned and supported by Reading Mayor Tom McMahon and Reading Police Chief William M. Heim as well as the Berks County Community Foundation and multiple Community and business leaders
